During the restoration in 1965 overseen by the Soprintendenza dei monumenti di Puglia e Basilicata, later additions such as the bishopric were removed and the lateral naves rebuilt, the foundations reinforced and the masonry restored. The wooden roof construction was rebuilt and the wall frescoes restored. |
